Please review the liability waiver using the link below. You can print and sign/initial the waiver and bring it with you or we will provide a copy you can sign it when you arrive.

1. All trips are prepaid at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations must be made by speaking to Captain Hank no later than 24 hours prior to your charter. Emails, voicemails, or texts are not valid cancellations and will not receive a refund.
3. Captain reserves the right to cancel or terminate charters for the safety of passengers and vessel.
4. Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the captain. We fish when it’s raining.
5. Any charter that fishes more than 2 hours & cancelled will be deemed as a full charter.

Flathead Lake Monster Charters practices catch and release of trophy fish. Customers receive a free t-shirt for releasing any fish over 36 inches! 

For half-day charters, please plan to eat prior to your trip or bring your own snacks. 

For full-day charters, please bring your own lunch and snacks.

We provide water for both half-day and full-day charters.

We operate on a 23 foot Grady-White Gulfstream boat, with an enclosed cabin/porta potty. Flathead Lake Monster Charters operates out of Hidden Harbor in Woods Bay.

A typical gratuity for a professional guide is 10 – 25% of the total cost of the charter.

### Alcohol & Intoxication Policy

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers, we maintain a strict alcohol policy.

* **Intoxicated Guests:** We reserve the right to refuse boarding or cancel the departure without refund if any guest appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of boarding. The Captain's decision is final.

* **Alcohol Onboard:** Guests may bring **one (1) six-pack of beer or equivalent** for the entire group. This limit applies **per charter, not per individual**. No hard liquor, kegs, excessive quantities of alcohol, or glass containers are permitted unless otherwise approved in writing.

* **Conduct:** Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of passengers, crew, or the vessel may result in the charter being terminated without refund.
